The unique patented Cirqual® burner is designed to provide a high quality flame surface treatment for complex three dimensional parts. Its unique shape and flame dynamics enables the generation of a high velocity flame that spreads and wraps around edges and parting lines. The Cirqual™ Burner is specifically designed to meet the production requirements and complex part geometries of today’s automotive industry. The Cirqual™ burner is constructed using a modular aluminum design, allowing for quick and easy maintenance, reducing downtime time and minimizing costs.
Linear Burner Technology:
The conventional linear burner, designed and built by FTS Technologies, is intended to provide a high quality and consistent flame surface treatment to largely flat or more two dimensional products. It is specificity designed to enable fast treatment times via increased flame coverage where the benefits of the Cirqual™ burner are not necessary. The linear burner technology is constructed using a modular aluminum and high grade stainless steel design, reducing overall weight but still allowing for quick and easy maintenance in any production environment.
