Unlike traditional burners, the Cirqual™ Burner mitigates the need for maintaining a perfect burner-to-target distance. Its dynamic nature seamlessly adapts to fluctuations in distance and part geometry. Consequently, robot programs can be developed more swiftly, leveraging faster traverse speeds and covering a greater surface area for deflashing. This results in enhanced part consistency and quality, all achieved without compromising molding cycle times.
